TravelCredVault helps healthcare professionals organize credentials, complete skills checklists and share selected information with staffing agencies. Agency users can review information made available to their organization and prepare submittal materials.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the service only for lawful healthcare staffing and credentialing purposes.

You retain responsibility for the documents, profile details, skills ratings and other material you upload. You confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Travelers direct credential sharing. When a traveler grants access, authorized members of the selected agency may view the shared material until the grant expires or is revoked. Agency users must use shared information only for legitimate recruiting, credentialing and placement activities.

You may not access another person's information without authorization, misrepresent qualifications, upload malicious material, bypass security controls, scrape the service, sell personal information obtained through the service or use credentials for discrimination, fraud or unlawful screening.

AI-assisted document scanning and resume tools may produce incomplete or incorrect results. They do not verify licensure, make credentialing decisions or provide legal, clinical or employment advice. Review all generated or extracted information before saving, sharing or relying on it.

We process account details, profile information, credential documents, skills checklists, sharing records and service activity to operate, secure and improve TravelCredVault. We use this information to authenticate users, provide requested features, enforce permissions, troubleshoot problems and protect the service.

We do not make private credential documents publicly available. Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication and AI-assisted features, subject to their role in delivering the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legitimate legal obligations. You can update profile details, revoke agency access and remove credentials through your account. Account deletion and privacy requests may be submitted through the support channel provided in the service.

Some limited records may be retained after deletion when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

TravelCredVault is a workflow tool, not a licensing board, medical staff office or verification authority. Employers and agencies remain responsible for primary-source verification, background screening, privileging and final placement decisions.

We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. Features and these terms may change as the service evolves; material policy changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and TravelCredVault is not responsible for employment decisions, missed placements, expired credentials or reliance on inaccurate user-provided or AI-assisted information.
